1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using googlyai (the "Service"), operated by BuiBui Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you create a coach or academy account, by agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organization, and that you will obtain — and already have where required — appropriate parental or guardian consent (and any other consent required by law or your organization) before uploading or sharing footage of junior or other players.

2. Description of Service

googlyai is a cricket coaching analytics platform. You can upload phone or camera clips; we run computer-vision pose analysis to produce technique metrics, overlays, and related insights. Optional AI coaching text may narrate those metrics. Optional human review through partners such as 1on1coach.cricket may be offered when available.

Analysis is based on 2D video estimates. Results are coaching aids only — not medical advice, not an umpiring decision, and not a guarantee of performance improvement.

Assumption of Physical Risk: Cricket and athletic training carry inherent risks of personal injury. The analysis, overlays, and coaching text provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. You assume full responsibility and all physical risks associated with attempting to replicate, practice, or act upon any mechanical feedback, plumb lines, or joint angles generated by the Service. BuiBui Labs shall not be liable for any physical injury, property damage, or health issues resulting from your use of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorized use

Parents or guardians may create and manage accounts for junior players. Coaches remain responsible for consent and lawful use of player footage they upload or invite others to share.

3.1 Coach and Academy Accounts

If you create an account on behalf of a sports academy, team, or as a coach ("Academy Account"), you are designated as the Data Controller for all media uploaded to your account. You expressly warrant that you have secured all necessary waivers, model releases, and parental consents required by applicable law (including COPPA) prior to capturing and uploading footage of any minor. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuiBui Labs from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by parents, guardians, or players arising from your failure to secure proper consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that violates law or infringes others' rights (including privacy and publicity rights)
• Upload junior or other player footage without required consent
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
• Resell or provide the Service as a competing product without our written permission
• Attempt to use the Service's video processing or pose estimation outputs to uniquely identify, surveil, or extract biometric identifiers of any individual

Legitimate coach and academy use of the Service with your players is allowed under these Terms.

5. Junior Players and Consent

The Service may be used with players of all ages. If you are a coach, academy, or other adult uploading or sharing videos of juniors (or any player who cannot consent for themselves), you represent that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent and any other consent required by applicable law or your organization before uploading or inviting analysis of that footage.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service may offer free and paid plans or one-time purchases. For paid features:

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
• Fees, billing intervals, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout
• Subscriptions renew on the schedule you select until you cancel
• You may cancel according to the cancellation options we provide
• Refunds, if any, follow the refund terms stated at purchase or required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of paid features.

7. Intellectual Property and Your Content

The Service — including software, models, overlays, design, and branding — is owned by BuiBui Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. GooglyAI and related marks are ours.

Your uploaded videos remain your property (or the property of the rights holder who authorized you). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, display, and create derivative analysis outputs from that content as needed to provide the Service, and to test, evaluate, and develop new features and improvements to the Service.

You also grant us permission to share content with coaches, organizations, or human review partners you enable. Third-party AI text providers process derived metrics as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSIS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR TRAINING DECISION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUIBUI LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at our discretion, including for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND BUIBUI LABS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
